Mandatory CPD Event - Seminar on Energy Data Collection & Active Control for Building Energy Efficiency (只供英文版)
Energy costs are constantly growing, affecting buildings of all types and sizes, everywhere. Innovative solutions are needed to reduce energy costs, improve efficiency, meet sustainability goals and boost building value while keeping a productive and comfortable environment for occupants.
This event is co-organised by
Business Environment Council Limited (BEC) and the Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited (HKGBC).
Energy costs are constantly growing, affecting buildings of all types and sizes, everywhere. Innovative solutions are needed to reduce energy costs, improve efficiency, meet sustainability goals and boost building value while keeping a productive and comfortable environment for occupants. Buildings are hugely complex systems, with multiple networks from multiple vendors, leading to too many systems in place, complex troubleshooting, and in the end, higher capital costs and lower operational efficiencies creating major obstacles to achieving energy efficiency. This seminar is aimed at letting building practitioners know how to simplify the complexity in buildings, combining a portfolio of core electrical services and building automation with digital innovations to create buildings that sense, think and adapt, making them safer, more reliable, efficient, comfortable and sustainable.
Topics to be covered in this seminar are as followings:
- Metering and Real time energy monitoring solutions
- Cloud-based Energy Management Platform
- Integrated Building Management System
- Application of Integrated Room Controllers for building energy efficiency
- Software Platforms for Building Facility Monitoring and Control
- Case sharing
