CPD Event - Technical Visit to Hong Kong Housing Society's MiC Mockup for Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A (只供英文版)

Thank you for your support! The event is full house now.

Registration starts at 2:00pm on 7 February 2023 (Tuesday)

Limited seats. First come, first served.

This event is organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.

The dedicated rehousing project of Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A is constructed using the concrete Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) method. The estate units will be used for rehousing squatters affected by government clearance operations. Among them, the subsidised sale flats in Phase 1A of the project, through the use of MiC and BIM, will shorten the construction time so that the superstructure can be completed within 24 months, and 300 units are expected to be completed in 2024. The project is a 28-storey building with 25 floors of MiC, each comprising 12 residential units.

In this visit, participants will be able to appreciate the design and quality of the MiC modules by looking at the full-scale mock-up flats.
