Environmental Forum on Retro-Commissioning (只供英文版)

This event is co-organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) and The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK).

To combat climate change, the Government of the HKSAR announced in the 2020 Policy Address that Hong Kong would strive to achieve carbon neutrality before 2050.

Retro-Commissioning is a systematic approach to review the energy performance of a building, and hence help identify areas of optimisation on reducing energy and improving indoor environments. With more than 42,000 buildings in private sector in Hong Kong, conducting Retro-Commissioning is definitely one of the key initiatives to achieve energy saving in existing building stock and help reduce carbon emissions.

Jointly organised by the HKGBC and OUHK, the fifth edition of the Environmental Forum will unveil the latest development on Retro-Commissioning. Speakers from the industry will share insights on the use of technology to conduct Retro-Commissioning in order to enhance energy efficiency in existing buildings.
