Mr LEUNG Wai-kin is General Manager (Project Management) of Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the private property group Wheelock and Company Limited. Mr Leung leads a team of project management professionals and oversees project related matters.

Mr LEUNG has over 25 years of professional experience in real estate development and related fields in Hong Kong and mainland China. He has worked with architectural consultants, the Urban Renewal Authority and has held key management positions with major property developers in Hong Kong.

Mr LEUNG currently holds the following positions in public bodies / professional institution: 
-    Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited (HKGBC); 
-    Council Member of the Construction Industry Council (CIC); 
-    Member of the Environment Committee, CIC;

Mr LEUNG is an Authorised Person (List of Architects) under the Buildings Ordinance, a Registered Architect in Hong Kong, and a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects. He graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a bachelor's degree in arts and a bachelor's degree in architecture.
