Ir Dr Anthony LO has over 30 years of experience in building service consultancy, green building design and energy management. He is currently Director of Customer Experience and Success in CLP Power.
Ir Dr LO is actively involved in formulating energy management strategies and implementing innovative energy saving solutions to help customers achieve their sustainability goals. To support the development of green finance, he collaborates with banks to drive sustainability link loans and establish significant successful cases to achieve decarbonisation and promote sustainability for future generations.
In addition, he manages various energy saving programmes and financial schemes to support green building transformation. In the past 5 years, over 2,000 buildings have been funded to improve their energy efficiency performance. He is committed to leading the Retro-commissioning Charter Programme to encourage the application of retro-commissioning in the industry. Over 320 energy management employees from more than 100 companies and organisations have participated.
Ir Dr LO is a member on the Board of Directors of the HKGBC (2022-23). He is also Vice-Chairman of the Industry Standards and Practices Committee, Convenor of the Registration Committee on Retro-commissioning, and Committee Member of the Sustainable Development Committee and the CIC Green Product Certification Scheme.
Sustainability is the future of our living. Ir Dr LO is passionate about helping companies achieve sustainability and working hand in hand with different stakeholders to combat climate change and transform Hong Kong into a low-carbon smart city. He hopes to continue contributing his expertise and insights to support the HKGBC in achieving its vision.
