KWOK Pak Wai Jeffrey is a Building Surveyor, currently serving as PGBC Co-opted members (HKIS) in the Board of Internal Affairs. He is Scientific Committee in GBA 2021 as facilitator in EB Facility Management category. He serves as HKIS BSD committee member since 2017, being the CPD convenor and as representative of HKIS in Energy Efficiency and Conservation and Renewable Energy Sub-committee, Environment Bureau.
He is qualified as BEAM PRO since 2012, currently working for a school project (KePLACE) which has achieved Provisional Platinum rating under BEAM Plus NB v2.0; and for a residential estate on BEAM Plus EB v2.0 Selective Scheme. He is also served as sub-consultant (Project Manager) of BEC for Jockey Club BEAM Plus in Schools Project.
He served voluntarily as Assistant Regional Commissioner (Estate) and led for the application for funds to develop and improve infrastructure at Tai Tam Scout Centre for supporting nature and environmental programmes which has been approved by The Trustees of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust with a grant of about $100 million. The project is now in design stage and target to achieve Platinum rating under BEAM plus NB v2.0.
