Hong Kong Report on the State of Sustainable Built Environment 2020 - Call for Content Submission
Published every three years, the Hong Kong Report on the State of Sustainable Built Environment 2020 (HK Report 2020) aims to provide an overview of the current state of Hong Kong’s built environment, showing how the Government, the industry, the academic sector and the community work together to respond to the call for sustainability to shape a greener Hong Kong.
Originally, the HK Report 2020 was planned to be published during Hong Kong’s participation at the World Sustainable Built Environment Conference 2020 (WSBE 2020) in Gothenburg in June. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, WSBE 2020 has become an online conference to be held on 2-4 November 2020, and the HK Report 2020 will be published along this new date.
The HKGBC would like to invite various sectors to take this great opportunity to showcase your excellent sustainable development projects, unique experience and successful stories with the global industry players by contributing content to the HK Report.

Open Call for Content Contribution
We are now inviting various sectors to showcase their extraordinary effort in Hong Kong between 1 May 2017 and 30 June 2020 that can fully demonstrate the development and achievement in the vision of building a sustainable city and community, which echoes the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 11.

The content submission will be subject to selection by the HK Report 2020 Committee. The projects which are selected will be included as part of the HK Report 2020. Please also note that the content provided will be published based on editorial discretion and planning.
For interested parties, please:
- Download the submission form(s) from HERE;
- Prepare for the content submission; and
- Email the completed form(s) and other required materials to wsbe2020@hkgbc.org.hk on or before 14 August 2020 (Friday)
