Sino Land Company Limited, one of the leading property developers of Hong Kong with business spanning Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and Sydney, has been a Gold Patron Member of the Hong Kong Green Building Council since the Council’s establishment. Its staunch support is highlighted by the efforts to register its properties with the Council for green building assessment, BEAM Plus and the previous version BEAM 4/04. To date, Sino Land has 21 certified projects in Hong Kong and another ten in the pipeline, representing a total green building area of some 10.4 million square feet.
