The HKGBC is excited to collaborate with CLP, HKGBC’s Platinum Patron Member, to organise the Green Building Tour exclusively for our Patron and Basic Members, to The New CLP Headquarters Building on 10 Apr 2026 (Friday).
As the winner of the Merit Award and Special Citation on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals of New Buildings Category (Completed Projects – Commercial) in the Green Building Award 2025, the new headquarters for CLP is dedicated to reflecting its corporate culture of carbon neutrality, sustainability, innovation, and a people-first culture. Located in Kai Tak, the building reimagines the historic airport runway and contributes to the district’s evolution into a green, vibrant, and sustainable neighbourhood. Its design incorporates a range of environmentally conscious features, including recycled and upcycled materials and on‑site renewable energy systems, offering a practical demonstration of how sustainability can be integrated into modern workplaces.

Target Participants: For HKGBC Patron and Basic Members Only. Due to limited capacity, priority will be given to higher tiers of HKGBC Membership, and on a first-come-first-served basis within the same tier of Membership.
