HKGBC x HKSTP - Technology Applications in Retrofitting Commercial Buildings
To promote retrofitting in commercial buildings, the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) is pleased to co-host a workshop with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) on 22 August 2025 (Friday).
We are delighted to have invited representatives from Kai Shing Management Services Limited and Hong Yip Service Company Limited – both facilities management companies under Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), to share insights from their successful retrofitting projects that recently featured on HKGBC’s newly launched Retrofitting Hub. Their suppliers will also join to provide in-depth technical sharing.
Participants will be offered a guided tour to HKSTP’s Green Space and gain first-hand knowledge of the newly established HKSTP Green Tech Hub. Additionally, a “Wishes and Needs Mapping” session will engage stakeholders from across the industry, facilitating meaningful experience exchange and technology sharing to help address common challenges in launching retrofitting projects.
