Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the "CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge 4th Edition" opens for registration until 13 Jan 2024.

Brought by CapitaLand and organised by Singapore Green Building Council, the CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge offers innovators the chance to make urban environments more climate-resilient and resource-efficient. 

Opportunities: 

1. Pilot Innovations Globally: Test and implement solutions across CapitaLand's buildings in 260+ cities, with over S$1 million to support the cost of piloting all innovations 

2. Access to Global Markets: Benefit from mentoring and open collaboration with both local and global markets 

3. Wide Asset Scope: Apply solutions to retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, data centres, and more 

Launched in September 2020, the CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge has been sourcing for innovations worldwide to meet CapitaLand’s sustainability targets aligned with business needs. It is the first sustainability challenge by a Singapore real estate company on a global scale. Through the challenge, CapitaLand would source and deploy impactful and scalable innovative solutions.
