CPD Webinar - “Green Legal Issues” Webinar (3) – GreenTech & PropTech - R&D, Collaborations and Commercialisation

Programme Highlights

As property and construction companies accelerate on their Advancing Net Zero trajectory, their “green” legal rights, obligations and risks are ever increasing. These may arise from (i) increasingly stringent government “green” regulations; and (ii) more and more “green” contractual rights and obligations created by themselves in various domains, namely financing, technology licensing and business collaborations. 

In this series of three-part legal webinars, legal specialists from the international law firm Baker McKenzie, along with sustainability practitioners are invited to convey "green-related" legal and commercial issues across different aspects to the participants. The third part of the webinars, which will be held on 7 May 2024, will cover the following topics:

  6. Cross-border legal issues, including technology transfer and export control regulations in China
