As property and construction companies accelerate on their Advancing Net Zero trajectory, their “green” legal rights, obligations and risks are ever increasing – arising from (i) increasingly stringent government “green” regulations and (ii) more and more “green” contractual rights and obligations created by themselves in various domains, namely financing, technology licensing and business collaborations. 

In this series of three-part legal webinars, legal specialists from international law firm Baker McKenzie, along with other specialists are invited to convey on "green-related" legal and commercial issues across different aspects to the participants.
