Land Supply - Policy Forum

Land shortage has been plaguing Hong Kong in recent years. Lack of longer term land supply not only affects property market but also the economic growth and social stability of Hong Kong. Hong Kong SAR Government has put land supply as one of the top priorities in order to meet the strong demand on housing and other land uses.

Land shortage has been plaguing Hong Kong in recent years. Lack of longer term land supply not only affects property market but also the economic growth and social stability of Hong Kong. Hong Kong SAR Government has put land supply as one of the top priorities in order to meet the strong demand on housing and other land uses.

In view of this, the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) is organising a Land Supply - Policy Forum on 25 June 2018, to provide a platform for industry stakeholders and HKGBC Members to have a direct dialogue with the Task Force on Land Supply, and to discuss and raise comments on the related policy and issues. Mr Stanley WONG, Chairman of Task Force on Land Supply would be the Keynote Speaker and some other industry experts would share their opinions and join the Panel Discussion.
