Exclusive Event for HKGBC Members – Green Building Tour to AIRSIDE

Joining hands with Nan Fung Group, the HKGBC is delighted to present an exclusive Green Building Tour to AIRSIDE for its Institutional Members on Friday, 16 June 2023.

AIRSIDE is a mixed-use commercial development in the Kai Tak area that advocates a sustainable green lifestyle. AIRSIDE is the first-ever building in Hong Kong that has received five highest sustainable building certifications, including BEAM Plus Neighbourhood Final Platinum, BEAM Plus New Building Provisional Platinum, US LEED® Final Platinum, WELL Building Standard™ Final Platinum and China Green Building Label Final 3-Star.


Highlights:
  • A number of firsts in Hong Kong achieved
    • Hong Kong’s first smart bicycle parking system
    • Automated refuse collection system with common chute for recycling collection
    • First in Hong Kong commercial development connecting the Kai Tak District Cooling System
