Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the BEC EnviroSeries Conference 2023 would be held on 25 May 2023 (Tuesday) in a hybrid format.

Organised by Business Environment Council Limited (BEC), the BEC EnviroSeries Conference 2023 is titled “Accelerating Net-zero Action through Carbon Pricing, Digitalisation and Closing the Resource Loop". The Hong Kong SAR Government’s Climate Action Plan 2050 (CAP2050) has defined climate action areas under a four-pronged decarbonisation strategy - net-zero electricity generation, energy saving and green buildings, green transport, and waste reduction. Progressive corporates are also investing further in greenhouse gas mitigation measures in response to global calls for net-zero transition. The Conference would bring audience to the latest development of several decarbonisation areas with specific relevance to Hong Kong:
