Exclusive Event for HKGBC Members – Green Tour to The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel

Joining hands with Sino Group, the HKGBC is delighted to present an exclusive Green Tour to The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel for its Institutional Members on Thursday, 25 May 2023.

Located by the Ocean Park Water World, the Hotel is a sustainability-minded oceanfront resort.  It is an assessed project under BEAM Plus NB V1.2 and also the first hotel project in Hong Kong and Mainland China to receive the internationally acclaimed WELL v2™ pre-certification. The project has also received Gold Awards in the Best Green Development, and Best Hotel and Tourism Development categories at MIPIM Asia Awards 2022.


Highlights:
  • A path paved with EcoBricks, a sustainable construction material upcycled from plastic waste
  • CORAL REEFStoration - the first cross-sectorial coral conservation project in Hong Kong
  • Farm by the Ocean of the Farm Together project - an integrated green community initiative
  • Green practices such as the reduction of single-use plastic consumption and sourcing of sustainable seafood
  • Exchanging ideas and networking with the Sino Group team
