CPD Event - Dissemination Seminar on Recent Trends of BEAM Plus New Buildings

This webinar is organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
The HKGBC Secretariat regularly undertakes research on the assessment results of BEAM Plus with the aims to find out trends and consolidate good practices from the best-performing projects. In this seminar, the speaker will brief the audience about the research findings with particular emphasis on projects attaining Gold or above ratings. In particular, the following points will be covered:
- Achievement rates of various credits in BEAM Plus NB v2.0
- Discussion on common irregularities and selected contested cases
- Disclosure of recently achieved IA1 technologies
- Case sharing about common trends of new residential projects, emerging low-carbon practices and innovative design of a mega-commercial project
Through disseminating the above findings, it is hoped that BEAM practitioners can find useful references and enhance their submission skills and ideas.
