Green Community Seminar 1【BEAM Plus Rating Standard and Its Applications to NGO Buildings】
In this seminar, the speaker will share with audience an overview of the BEAM Plus family of rating tools, including their features, government incentives and related financial supports. In particular, BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (EB) will be introduced in detail, together with statistics on recently certified cases. Case sharing on some successful applications of BEAM Plus EB tool to NGO buildings will be given. After the seminar, the participants should be able to gain a good understanding of Hong Kong’s green building rating standard and how to apply it to their buildings.
