Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, RICS Hong Kong Annual Conference 2021 would be conducted online from 28 to 29 July 2021 (Wednesday to Thursday).

Organised by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), RICS Hong Kong Annual Conference 2021 will explore the challenges surveyors have faced over the last year, sharing experiences and knowledge gained through the pandemic. They will consider new innovations, strategies and skills that have been developed to cope with the new challenges ahead of us.

They will also look forward beyond the pandemic and ask what Hong Kong will look like within the next 3 – 5 years. They will delve into economic forecasts, market trends and sentiments. While also discussing new business opportunities in the Greater Bay Area, China at large and APAC, and review Government initiatives aiming to further the economic recovery. They will also take stock of the Surveying profession in Hong Kong and questions its trajectory in a post-Covid world. You will leave equipped with the right business intelligence to succeed in the “new normal”.

Programme Highlights:

• Ir Dr Cary CHAN, Executive Director of Hong Kong Green Building Council is one of the panelists on day 2. He will join the panel discussion - “The future of ESG investing in Hong Kong” and share his insights with participants.
