This is an introductory talk for facility management and engineering practitioners. In the talk, the audience will learn the latest trend of smart buildings. This will be enabled by Internet of Things (IoT) and data analytics. The audience will learn the basic concepts of IoT and how to select appropriate IoT technologies.
