Jockey Club Environmental Building
The visit is intended to let participants appreciate a real case of NGO building transformation. Over the past few years, Jockey Club Environmental Building has undergone various upgrading works and the recent renovation work in the auditorium has also been completed. Participants can study the following smart green features during the visit:
- Lower ground - rain water harvesting system
- Office - smart lighting control, smart fan coil units
- Roof - oil-free chillers, rooftop farming, PV panels
- Auditorium and foyer - calorie-labelled stair, data display panel, high-volume low-speed fans, acoustic upgrade, recycled bottle feature wall
