Green Community Seminar 9【Building Retrofit – An Integrated and Analytic Approach】
This seminar focuses on how the owners or facilities managers of existing buildings can review their building performance and find out ways to enable the buildings to extend their service life in a sustainable manner. In addition, how the buildings can be transformed with smart technology to enhance building and system performance would be addressed. After the workshop, the participants should be able to get some ideas on choosing suitable strategies to enable existing aged buildings to survive.
