Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the “Create Your District” Competition 2026 now calls for submission until 6pm on 5 July 2026 (Sunday).

Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), the Competition themed around Tsuen Wan, aims to encourage students to explore the history, cultural traditions, and city development of the Tsuen Wan district and demonstrate their creativity by designing an ideal community for it. The Competition would educate the younger generation about the importance of sustainable development in Hong Kong and enhance the younger generation’s understanding of the role of surveyors in city development.
