Sun Hung Kai Properties Releases Sustainability Report 2025/26 on ESG Performance and Enhanced Sustainability Management

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP) recently released its Sustainability Report 2025/26, highlighting its progress and achievements in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) development during the reporting year.
SHKP further strengthened its sustainability reporting framework with reference to internationally recognised standards, including the International Sustainability Standards Board’s (ISSB) IFRS S1 General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information and IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures. Complementing its climate actions, the Group voluntarily adopted the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) framework and enhanced disclosures based on a preliminary nature-related study conducted during the reporting year.
SHKP’s sustainability efforts earned widespread recognition. For the first time, SHKP became a constituent of the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index and maintained its position in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Asia Pacific Index, the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 and its China Edition 2026. SHKP also retained an ‘AA’ rating in the latest MSCI ESG Ratings and remained a constituent of the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Index Series.
Below are the highlights of SHKP’s sustainability initiatives:
