Fairland Group, renowned for its developments such as Fairview Park in Yuen Long and Hong Lok Yuen in Tai Po, has actively expanded its Spark City Series commercial projects in recent years. Following the successful launches of Spark City Cheung Sha Wan and Spark City Mong Kok, the Group now turns its focus to the core of To Kwa Wan with the newly rebranded Spark City To Kwa Wan (formerly Hoare Plaza). After a comprehensive refurbishment, the mall has officially reopened, providing convenient access for nearby residents, with a shop occupancy rate exceeding 80%.
