CSHK Releases 2024 Sustainability Report: Advancing Sustainability in Multiple Fronts
China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (CSHK) is proud to launch the 2024 Sustainability Report, showcasing bold strides across its P.E.A.K. sustainability framework:
- People: Secured HK’s largest construction-sector social loan of HK$500M, to provide HK with 10,000 public housing units through its Kai Tak Olympic Avenue Light Public Housing Project. CSHK also established the "China Construction Community Emergency Volunteer Team" to enhance HK’s crisis resilience
- Environment: Launched HK’s first hydrogen application for construction site at the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park, cutting carbon emissions by 77% with the hydrogen electricity generator
- Alliance: Issued ESG performance surveys to nearly 400 value chain partners to drive collective improvement
- Key Projects: Promoting sustainable development via multiple significant projects, including advanced digital innovation at New Central Harbourfront Development Project Site 3A, climate resilience and biodiversity at Yuen Long Barrage and Nullah Improvement Schemes, and social cohesion at Redevelopment of Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital
