Organised by Egis and its subsidiary Inhabit, a client event was hosted featuring Asset Enhancement: Building Refurbishment at the Inhabit Hong Kong Office in Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Well received by over 90 guests, the event was a great success with thought-provoking exchanges and expert insights.

Mr Leo LI, Senior Sustainability Consultant, discussed Hong Kong's need for retrofitting aged buildings to meet modern energy and carbon standards, and Hong Kong's “zero carbon” target in 2050. Leo also shared how Egis and Inhabit are integrating multi-disciplinary expertise from Building Service, Façade, Sustainability and Environment to drive synergy and protect building assets in the long term.

Another engaging moment was the guest competition to identify bottles of wine with the lowest carbon footprint. Winners were rewarded with a bottle of wine.

Egis and Inhabit will continue to drive collaborative efforts in addressing the challenges of building refurbishment and asset enhancement.
