Kerry Centre Received Multiple International Certifications - Recognising Its Commitment to The Health and Well-being of Building Users

Kerry Centre, the flagship office property of Kerry Properties, has recently scored the highest level of WELL Certification. It is the first existing building being both WELL CertifiedTM Core Platinum and WELL Health-Safety Rated. Prior to obtaining the WELL certifications, Kerry Centre has also achieved RESETTM Air Core & Shell Certification.

Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment
A pioneering Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment was conducted for Kerry Centre in 2019, in which “infectious disease occurrence” was identified as one of the risks faced by the building. Kerry Centre has since actively adopted various measures to manage the risk and mitigate its impacts. To demonstrate its commitment to building users’ health, Kerry Centre has achieved Excellent Class certification under Environmental Protection Department’s Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Certification Scheme for seven consecutive years. On top of the IAQ scheme, Kerry Centre has also achieved RESETTM Air Core & Shell Certification.
