Mr Clarence LEUNG is General Manager (Project Management) of Wheelock Properties. He possesses over 30 years of professional experience in real estate development and related fields in Hong Kong and mainland China.
Mr LEUNG has been a Director of the HKGBC and a Council Member of the Construction Industry Council (CIC) since 2022. He is currently Chairperson of the Management Committee on Technically Competent Persons Registration Scheme and Chairperson of the Committee on Environment and Sustainability under CIC. Mr LEUNG is also a member of the Building Sub-committee, Real Estate Developers’ Association.
Mr LEUNG is a fellow member of the HKIA, an Authorized Person and a Registered Architect in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Architecture.
