Julie serves as a Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) and contributes to industry collaboration on sustainability and the built environment.

Dr Homan WONG brings over 18 years of multidisciplinary experience across climate, ESG, infrastructure planning, and capital project management, supporting clients and stakeholders in addressing key future challenges, particularly in decarbonisation, climate adaptation, and smart technology implementation. Homan has worked across national-level science laboratories, international consultancy environments, and client-side developer organisations. His MSc and PhD studies were fully funded by scholarships, reflecting a strong academic foundation. He also possesses technical expertise in system computational modelling, full-stack development, and programming in Python, R, and JavaScript, alongside full-cycle capital works management.

Mr Victor TAI, JP
Under Secretary for Housing
The Government of the HKSAR
Mr Victor TAI was appointed the Under Secretary for Housing in July 2022. Victor is an architect by profession with over thirty years of experience in design and project management of major institutional, cultural, recreational and airport facilities. Apart from formulating housing policies, he also leads the development of the Light Public Housing and Transitional Housing initiatives. The Light Public Housing is a fast-track program involving 13 projects with a total of 30,000 residential units built and operated by the Government in phases within 3.5 years (end 2023 to early 2027). The Transitional Housing involves 50+ subsidized projects with a total of 21,000 residential units built and operated by various Non-Government Organisations. Both initiatives involve the use of the innovative technology of Modular Integrated Construction.
Previously, Victor was the Project Director in the Architectural Services Department and the Project Director of Kai Tak Sports Park in the former Home Affairs Bureau. Victor is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design, the Association for Project Management, Royal Institute of British Architects and Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and the former President of the Hong Kong Sculpture Society.

Ar. Tiyok PRASETYOADI, IAI, AA, IAP, GP, is a professional architect and urban designer. He is the founding partner, urban design principal and managing director of PDW (www.pdw.co.id), an award-winning design firm in Indonesia. Tiyok is Core Founder and Vice Chairman (2024-present) of Green Building Council Indonesia. He gets his bachelor degree from Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB), Architecture School, 1995 and Master of Urban Development and Design from The University of New South Wales, Australia, 1998. Since May 2014, he is selected as one of the members of Architecture and Planning Review Board of Jakarta. Since August 2024, he is Planning Expert Panel for Indonesia’s new capital city, Nusantara. He sits in Advisory Board of Architecture School, ITB. Tiyok is a recipient of Leadership of Environment and Development (LEAD), a scholarship on sustainable development, 2004 and Australian Leadership Awards scholarship in 2009. He also won awards as architect and urban designer, International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) Award 2025, (Indonesia Institute of Architects (IAI) Award in 2024, 2021 and 2018; IAI Jakarta Awards 2020, IAI Banten Awards 2022, and Singapore Institute of Planners Award (SIP) Awards in 2023, 2021, 2019 and 2017.

Dr Richard TEICHMANN

Dr Richard TEICHMANN is active in the CEE market with companies in Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and Croatia delivering development services for commercial real estate projects of the partners or for third parties. He and his team invested, built, let and successfully sold various office buildings. Amongst them is one of the first class A office building with keeping the historic façade and an integrated parking house, one of the largest industrial zones in CEE implementing green building standards in the planning and infrastructure phase, as well as an award winning office project with geo thermal energy system and best ratings up to date. All projects are developed with a long term view and a strong focus on sustainability.
Green building is his vocation, so he founded Green Building Councils in a few CEE countries, worked within the ULI European Sustainable Development Council, is a regular speaker at Green Real Estate events and since July 2023 supports the European Regional Network of the World Green Building Council as Vice-chair. Moreover, he is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Mongolian Green Building Council.
Dr Richard TEICHMANN holds a Doctor of law (University of Vienna) and an MBA (INSEAD, Fontainebleau) degree. He received the Golden Order of Merit of the Republic of Austria and the Golden Medal of the Slovak Minister of Foreign and European Affairs.
