Mr Bryant LU, JP, Vice Chairman of Ronald Lu & Partners (RLP Asia) and founder of its research arm Behave, is a leading sustainability pioneer in the Asia-Pacific architecture and design industry. Over a distinguished 25-year career, Bryant has driven the regional built environment's transition from green intent to verified decarbonization. Under his leadership, RLP Asia has earned over 500 international and local design accolades and became the first architecture practice in China to commit to the aggressive 1.5°C pathway under the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), establishing rigorous scientific benchmarks for corporate climate action. This commitment drove a verified regional avoidance of 6,723,299 tonnes of CO2e through sustainable operations and design between 2020 and 2025.

Throughout his career, Bryant has championed many of the Asia-Pacific's most iconic sustainable landmarks. This built portfolio includes the world-renowned Xiqu Centre, a Hong Kong cultural icon custom-built for Cantonese opera, and the CIC-Zero Carbon Park, China’s first net-zero building for civilian use. His regional influence is further demonstrated by Treehouse, the winning concept in the inaugural Advancing Net Zero Ideas Competition; TODTOWN, the first true high-density Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) on the Chinese mainland; and Integral, a pioneering net-zero industrial garden in Guilin.

To push the boundaries of sustainable design, Bryant founded Behave in 2022. Behave delivers science-based, data-supported insights that shift architectural practice from qualitative guesswork to quantitative certainty. By examining human behavior and microclimatic metrics, Behave empowers developers and urban planners to navigate climate uncertainties, build green mindsets, and construct the resilient infrastructure needed to address emerging ecological crises. This empirical, technology-driven approach reinforces RLP Asia’s position as a regional pioneer in life-centric sustainable architecture.

As an active, civic-minded leader, Bryant serves across prominent public, academic, and professional bodies. He is a Member of the Board of Practices and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a Professorate Senior Engineer of Greater Bay Area Engineering Professional Title Evaluation, and a Shenzhen construction project bid evaluation expert. He also contributes as an Expert Member of the Transit-Oriented Development Committee of the China Society of Territorial Economists, a Senior Member of the Chinese Society for Urban Studies, an advisor to Our Hong Kong Foundation, a Council Member of the Federation of Hong Kong Beijing Organizations, and a member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Infrastructure Development Advisory Committee.

Bryant drives academic and cultural governance as a Member of the Board of Councilors for the University of Southern California School of Architecture, a Professor of Practice in the Department of Building and Real Estate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Council Member and Vice-Chairman of the Campus Development and Management Committee at Lingnan University. His transdisciplinary influence is reflected in his appointments to The Nature Conservancy Asia Pacific Council, his role as an inaugural council member for Design and Architecture at the M+ Museum, his service as Honorary Secretary of the Council for the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, and his position as the Captain of the Hong Kong Golf Club. A regular international lecturer, he actively advocates for vertical high-density urbanism, circular economies, and low-carbon, community-first sustainable living.

Frankie is a civil engineer by training and possesses over 30 years’ experience in overseeing and delivering a wide-range of major projects in various bureaux and departments. 

M. Anand is Executive Director of the Indian Green Building Council, IGBC and a leading professional advancing the green building and sustainable built environment movement in India.

With 35 years of professional experience, including 31 years with CII, Anand has been closely involved with IGBC since its inception in 2001, contributing to transforming green buildings from an emerging concept into a mainstream national movement. He works extensively with governments, developers, architects, corporates, institutions and academia to accelerate Green Buildings, Net Zero, decarbonisation and climate-responsive development.

Anand has been associated with the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC) since 2004, representing and sharing India’s perspectives at global forums. He served as Vice Chair of WorldGBC’s Asia Pacific Regional Network (2021–2023) and has participated in international forums across Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, UAE, USA and several other countries.

A TEDx Speaker, Anand also received a Guinness World Records Certificate of Participation as a Speaker in 2019. He has conducted 500+ green building training programmes and was instrumental in establishing 150+ IGBC Student Chapters across India.

Currently leading a multidisciplinary team of 60+ professionals, Anand brings a unique combination of three decades of institutional experience, global engagement and practical insights on scaling sustainability and accelerating the transition towards a Net Zero built environment.

Ms Lili TAO is a Chartered Civil Engineer turned regional business leader, with over 18 years building and scaling complex programmes — from underground railways in London and Hong Kong to multi-market real estate advisory across Southeast Asia, Korea, and APAC.

At JLL, Lili holds full P&L accountability across two intersecting mandates: as Managing Director, SEA+Korea, she leads the Project & Development Services (PDS) business across six markets; and as Head of Strategy & Growth, APAC, she drives innovation, AI transformation, and new service lines across the region. In both roles, Lili operates at the intersection of engineering rigour, commercial strategy, and operational leadership.

Beyond the numbers, Lili cares deeply about building teams that last — inclusive, empowered, locally rooted. She champions gender balance, digital transformation, and sustainability as strategic levers, not afterthoughts.
