Mr Johnny YU Ching-yan, BSc, MBA, ACA, CFA, MRICS, is presently the Advisor to the Chairman and the Head of Sustainability Department at the Company. He joined in 2020, bringing with him 31 years of extensive experience across multiple disciplines, including sales and marketing, investment advisory, accounting, tax, and risk management and control. Prior to joining the Company, Mr YU held various senior positions at UBS, Credit Suisse, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Hong Kong and London. He successfully led the Company to achieve the prestigious Business Leadership in Sustainability Award at the Asia Pacific Leadership in Green Building Awards 2022, organised by the World Green Building Council. Additionally, Mr YU won the Sustainability Leader of the Year as well as the Distinguished Sustainability Leadership Award in Hong Kong Sustainability Award 2024, organised by the Hong Kong Management Association. He was also named ESG Elite at ESG Leading Enterprises 2025, organised by Bloomberg Businessweek/ Chinese Edition. Mr YU graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and attained his MBA degree in Finance with City University of London. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr YU is currently a Director of Hong Kong Green Building Council. 

Mr Angus WONG is a Managing Director, Head of Corporate Banking of Hang Seng Bank Limited, overseeing Corporate Banking solutions ranging from Green & Sustainable Finance, Syndication, Commercial Real Estate, Private Credit Origination to Portfolio Management. He is also responsible for customer relationship management and developing & executing strategic priorities for business growth within risk appetite.

Mr WONG is a passionate professional with extensive experience in banking and finance. He is a CFA charter holder, FRM and obtained SCR® certificate from GARP and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Science and Technology.

Dr Samuel H.K. CHUI is now the Director of the Environmental Protection Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. He is an Environmental Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Field of Environmental Engineering. He has been responsible for sewerage infrastructure planning, setting effluent standards for effluent discharges, enforcement of environmental legislation, supervising the Shing Mun River Bioremediation Works, the Harbour Area Treatment Scheme, the O-PARK and I-PARK. Dr CHUI is an expert in wastewater treatment with over 40 international journal papers published, 2500 citations, 10 International and Local Awards, including The HKIE 50th Anniversary Legacy Award – Innovation Category Grand Award (2010s to Present) in 2025, and the Gold Prize of the International Water Association (IWA) Projects Innovation Awards in 2024, as well as the “Best Ph.D Thesis Award” of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 1993 – 1995. He is now an Adjunct Professor of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the University of Hong Kong. 

Mr Jeff OATMAN is Head of Collaborations and Membership at the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), where he helps bring together industry leaders, governments, investors and institutions to advance a more sustainable built environment. He leads GBCA's membership and partnership activities, working across the sector to strengthen collaboration, share knowledge and support market transformation.

Over a career spanning more than two decades, Jeff has built a reputation for connecting people, ideas and organisations to create meaningful change. His experience spans sustainability, education, stakeholder engagement and organisational development, with a focus on building trusted relationships that help turn complex challenges into practical action.

Beyond Australia, Jeff plays an active role in the global green building movement. He currently chairs the World Green Building Council's Asia Pacific Regional Network, supporting collaboration across the region on issues including decarbonisation, resilience, sustainable finance, health and wellbeing, and the future of cities.

Jeff is a regular speaker, facilitator and moderator at industry events and international forums. He is particularly interested in how the built environment can improve human health and wellbeing while creating long-term value for investors, businesses and communities, and in the partnerships needed to accelerate that transition at scale.

Prof. Christine LOH, SBS, JP, OBE, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, is Chief Development Strategist at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She was Under Secretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government (2012-17), Special Consultant to the Chief Executive on the mainland’s ecological civilisation policy (2019-2020), and a Member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (1992-97 and 1998-2000). Prof. LOH has been active in public policy and politics since the 1980s. She founded and was the CEO of the non-profit think tank, Civic Exchange (2000-12), and helped to establish several non-profit organizations in Hong Kong related to the environment, equal opportunity, as well as arts and culture.

Prof. LOH is currently a board member of Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited, and Hong Kong Maritime Museum, and is Asia Society’s Scholar in Residence (2023-2026). She is also a Steering Committee member of the United Nations International Organization for Migration’s new Climate Mobility Innovation Lab, as well as member of the Advisory Committee of the Indra and Harry Banga Gallery at the City University of Hong Kong. She was a board member of Global Maritime Forum (2018-2025) and taught a course at Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles on nonmarket risks for five years (2018-22). She is a published author of many academic and popular works. Prof. LOH is a lawyer by training, and a commodities trader by profession. She received her legal training in England, and received honorary degrees of Doctor of Law from the University of Hull and Doctor of Science from the University of Exeter.
