Wu FAN has over 21-year design experiences in building engineering industry. During his career, he was involved in many projects design and project management & coordination works, including hospital, office, residential, hospital, school, complex building and super high-rise buildings. He is familiar with local codes and standards on design & construction. He has also involved in schematic design, design development, construction design, tender documents, site coordination, T&C etc.
Mr FAN hass Bachelor degree in HVAC and a MBA degree. He is also Senior Professional Engineer, Member of NFPA, Member of SFPE, Affiliate of CIBSE, Associate of Water and Wastewater Branch of The Civil Engineering Architectural Society of Beijing, Associate of Water Fire Extinguishing Branch of Architectural Society of China, China Green Building Association Member, Member of 9.3 Society.
Wu FAN has attended lots of China National codes and standards edition as a key member. He has participated in lots of projects as Project Director, such as Beijing Sanlitun Taikoo Li MEP renovation, SKP Wuhan, SKP Hangzhou, Beijing Jing Dong Technology Plaza, China Resources Tongzhou Mixed-City, China Resources Beijing Shijingshan Office, Great Wall Baoding Marriott Hotel, Taikang South West Medical Center etc.
