Ms Penny HUBBARD-BROWN

Penny HUBBARD-BROWN is a Chartered Structural Engineer who started her career in London working for on a number of high profile projects before joining Mace Ltd, a global Project and Construction Management company and making the move into Project Management.
She moved to Hong Kong with Mace, over 13 years ago, and lead teams managing the delivery of the Ocean Park Master Redevelopment Plan and the Hong Kong Science & Technology Park Phase 3 expansion. As well as running the projects she took on the directorship of the Hong Kong and Macau offices leading teams working on a variety of projects in the region.
In April 2016, Ms HUBBARD-BROWN joined The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is currently the Director of the Campus Development Office (CDO). The team is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects on campus from large new-build developments to smaller enhancement renovations and minor works. CDO works closely with the Sustainability Office and Campus Management Office to ensure that best practice sustainability methods are incorporated into the design from the outset.
