Ir Dr Conrad WONG is a professional engineer who has over 30 years of building construction experience. He is the Vice Chairman of Yau Lee Holdings Limited, a major building construction group engages in China and Hong Kong market.

Ir Dr WONG holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (Engineering) Degree in Foundation Engineering, Master of Business Administration Degree, Bachelor in Religious Sciences Degree and Doctor of Philosophy Degree. He is a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Building, the Institution of Civil Engineers (United Kingdom), the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling, and the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers.

Ir Dr WONG is the Chairman of the New Energy Transport Fund Steering Committee, the Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Hong Kong Metropolitan University, the Member of the Energy Advisory Committee, the Member of the Trade and Industry Advisory Board, the Member of the Environmental Campaign Committee and the Chairman of the Awards Committee on the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence and the Member of the Town Planning Board.
