Q1. Who is eligible to enrol in the RCx training and examinations?
Everyone is welcome to join the training and examinations. If the candidate would like to register as RCx Practitioner or RCx Professional, it is recommended to review the relevant registration requirements before enrolment.
Q2. Do I need to complete RCx training and examination for RCx Practitioner (Level 1) before attending RCx training and examination for RCx Practitioner (Level 2)?
No, the candidate does not need to complete RCx training and examination for RCx Practitioner (Level 1) before attending RCx training and examination for RCx Practitioner (Level 2) since the training and examinations are tailored for industry practitioners in different positions.
Q3. When can I enrol the RCx training and examinations?
The enrolment starts around 1 month prior to the training. Please click HERE to view the available training and examinations.
Q4. How can I enjoy the early bird rate/ group discount?
To enjoy the early bird rate, the enrolment should be submitted before the deadline of the early bird rate. For the group discount, the enrolment should be submitted in one batch.
Q5. When should I settle the training fee?
The invoice will be sent to candidates when the enrolment meets the minimum number. Please do not settle any payment before receiving the invoice. After receiving the invoice, please settle the payment within 21 days from the invoice date or one day before the training, whichever is earlier.
Q6. When will I receive the official notification of examination result?
The candidate will receive the official notification of examination result within 5 working days, along with relevant certificate(s) attached.
Q7. If I fail the RCx examination, how can I retake it?
The candidate can retake the examination within 1 year, starting from the first examination date, by paying an additional examination fee. If the candidate fails to pass the examination within 1 year, the candidate is required to retake both RCx training and examination and will need to make the necessary payment. The candidate can follow the instructions in the official notification of examination result and notify the HKGBC Secretariat for onward arrangement.
