Registration Requirements for RCx Services Provider


To register as a RCx Services Provider, the company should fulfil the following requirements:
 
Type A (RCx Facility Management Firms)  Type B (RCx Consultants) Type C1 (RCx Contractors) Type C2 (RCx Contractors)
Business Nature
The company should have at least 3 years of experience in facility management or property management. The company should have at least 2 years of experience in RCx or building energy consultancy. The company should have at least 5 years of experience in RCx, retrofitting or commissioning. The company should have at least 2 years of experience in RCx, retrofitting or commissioning.
Information to be submitted:
1. Project reference or report. The documents, i.e., reports, emails, drawings and specifications, etc., should show the project name, company name and job duties. Kindly note that projects or works in overlapping period will be counted once only.

Manpower
The company should have at least 5 RCx Practitioners/ RCx Professionals, and at least 1 of them needs to be a RCx Professional. The company should have at least 2 RCx Practitioners/ RCx Professionals, and at least 1 of them needs to be a RCx Professional. The company should have at least 5 RCx Practitioners/ RCx Professionals. Among them, there should be at least 1 RCx Practitioner (Level 2) and 1 RCx Professional. The company should have at least 2 RCx Practitioners/ RCx Professionals, and at least 1 of them needs to be a RCx Practitioner (Level 2) or RCx Professional.
Information to be submitted:
1. Valid registration numbers of the RCx Practitioners/ RCx Professionals.

Other Requirement
Other information to be submitted:
1. Certificate of Incorporation.
2. Valid Business Registration Certificate.
