Registration Maintenance for RCx Services Provider
The following requirements (Registration Fee or Renewal Fee, Manpower, Project Reference and Business Registration Certificate) should be fulfilled by the RCx Services Provider so as to maintain their registration.
If the RCx Services Provider cannot fulfil the requirements mentioned above, their registration will be suspended or terminated. For relevant policies, please visit the following sections:
Registration Fee
Starting from 1 May 2025, the registration fee for RCx Services Provider is on a 5-year basis (before is on 3-year basis). There is NO waived period and the company should pay the registration fee within 21 days after approval, otherwise, the registration would be deemed invalid. The company should pay by one-off payment only, and the registration fees for each type of RCx Services Provider are as follows:

Renewal Fee
Starting from 1 May 2026, the renewal fee for the RCx Services Provider will be on a 5-year basis (before is on 3-year basis). It starts to be applicable after the registration period. During the transition period between 1 May 2025 and 30 April 2026, the RCx Services Provider can choose to renew on either 3-year or 5-year basis. If the 1st renewal fee payment for the 5-year registration is settled before the expiry of registration, a 10% discount will be offered. The renewal fee should be paid by one-off payment only, and the renewal fees for each type of RCx Services Provider are as follows:

Manpower
The RCx Services Provider should maintain the minimum requirements on manpower during the registration/ renewal period:

Project Reference
The RCx Services Provider should provide project reference(s) for the renewal, and the relevant requirements for each type of RCx Services Provider are as follows:

| Information to be submitted: 1. Project reference or report. The document, i.e., reports, emails, drawings, specifications, etc., should show the company name, project name, project owner’s name and job duties. Remarks: For a massive project (project duration is more than 2 years) with multiphase/ multitasking, completing a single phase/ task can also be considered a completed job. |

Business Registration Certificate
The RCx Services Provider should provide a valid Business Registration Certificate for the renewal.
Suspension of Registration
If the RCx Services Provider cannot fulfil the requirements (Registration Fee / Renewal Fee, Manpower, Project Reference or Business Registration Certificate), their registration will be suspended, and the status on RCx Directory will be shown as "Inactive". The suspended RCx Services Provider has to fulfil the requirements within grace period in order to reactivate their registration, otherwise their registration will be terminated. For relevant situations and grace periods, please refer to the table below:

Termination of Registration
If the suspended RCx Services Provider cannot make up all outstanding renewal fees, manpower, project references, or provide a valid Business Registration Certificate within the 2-year grace period, their registration will be terminated. After termination, the services provider has to submit a new application for RCx Services Provider to reacquire the registration.
