Many proposals offer a holistic approach that is user-centric, integrating passive design, structural efficiency, smart technologies, energy management, health and well-being aspects that foster behavioral change. Whilst each proposal may be an innovative integrated solution in its own context, there are some ideas that run through some of the submissions. We have reached an important milestone in our journey towards ANZ. With our Knowledge Bank, we should move on to bring some of them to realisation in the years to come. While some of these ideas are practical, scalable and replicable, some ideas may require further research and challenges to be overcome, whilst some others may deserve a revisit of the building regulations and building codes.
